Phantech offers the first commercially available uniformity (flat-field) phantoms for evaluating the uniformity of fluorescence and luminescence imaging systems. These phantoms are designed to improve optical quantitative accuracy by exploiting variations in detector sensitivity by allowing the characterization and subsequent normalization of the inhomogeneity in the field-of-view. Additionally, the Uniformity/Flat-Field Phantoms can be used as quality management tools to ensure system stability and optimal performance over time. Our propriety solid and stable materials are both phosphorescent and fluorescent, covering the entire visible spectrum and extending into NIR. Our phantom’s fluorescent spectral wavelengths are characterized to be best suited for almost any optical system, including NIR-guided surgical systems, fluorescence and bioluminescence imaging systems, and fluorescence microscopes. See below for a list of materials and their optical spectra. Phantech has standard Uniformity/Flat-Field Phantoms specifically designed to fit in the same exact position of the Perkin Elmer IVIS and Spectral Instruments Imaging systems so the spatial sensitivity of the entire FOV can be monitored over time. Need a custom size or shape? The Uniformity/Flat-Field Phantoms can be customized to cover the entire field-of-view (FOV) and fit in the same exact position of other imaging systems as well. Prices will vary by the size of the desired phantom. Contact us at [email protected] for quotes and more information. |
